Do you coach kids and adults?

Yes, we coach people of all ages and different levels (except WTA/ATP players, who are people of the same caliber of Roger Federer or Serena Williams... basically, those famous players you see on TV).

Where do you coach?

We go around condominiums & public courts in Singapore to conduct our lessons.

Am I obligated to sign up for a 10-lesson package after the trail lesson?

Accepted Answer

You need not sign up a package if you find my coaching style unsuitable for you or if you can't commit. We do not believe in hard-selling, as we would rather let our work speak for itself.

Question 4

I would like to buy a package of 10 lessons but I will be away for a month due to work or vacation. Do I have to complete the package in a fixed period of time?

Even though our packages are non-refundable, there is no expiry date. In fact, most clients take an average of 7-10 weeks to complete a package. However, it would be advisable to complete the package before we retire from old age.

What is the lesson cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes life happens and you or your kid/(s)  can't make it to lesson, we get it. You are always able to cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before the lesson with no charge. However, cancellation within the 24 hour time-frame will be charged at the full amount.

Question 6

What happen if it rains?

Accepted Answer

If it rains in the first: 
0-15 minutes of the lesson- no charge
15-40 minutes of the lesson- half amount
40-60 minutes of the lesson- full amount

We will endeavor to send a text player to players notifying of lesson cancellation due to weather. We aims to give a  minimum 30 minutes notice of a canceled lesson IF possible. If you do not receive a text message notifying of wet weather cancellation, your lesson will continue as scheduled.
